- Smaller room but perfectly formed with a double bed. This room faces towards the rear of the building overlooking our small garden.

- More spacious double bedroom with a double bed. Due to an extension, this room has a Velux window ideal for star gazing at night.

Families:- In rooms 1, 2 & 4 we offer the option to add a cot (suitable for children of 3 or under) at a charge of £5.00 per night. We cannot take Children in room 3 and we are unable at present to put extra beds in any of our rooms. 
Little Extras:- If your booking is for a special occasion why not add some Flowers from £30 or a selection of handmade chocolates from The Chocolate Spa in Alnwick £6.25 as a surprise to make your celebration extra special We normally need to know at least 3 days in advance to arrange this for you. Just tick the box on our booking enquiry form.
Vouchers - Why not treat that someone special to a weekend break or holiday with us. Just choose the room you would prefer & the number of nights and post us a cheque for the appropriate amount then we will send you a voucher which can be redeemed within the time scale agreed.
Occupancy - Please note that all rooms can only take a maximum of 2 adults and discounts cannot be given for single occupancy.
No Smoking:- For your comfort and safety our home is completely no smoking.
Disabled Access:- All our rooms are located on the first floor up a short flight of stairs, Large print menu's are available for people with sight difficulties. We are also quite happy to help in any other ways we can to make your stay more comfortable.
ARRIVAL TIMES:- Please note arrival times are between 5.00pm and 6.00pm unless otherwise arranged
Pets:- We are unable to take pets for B&B guests as we do not allow them in theguest rooms. However we can accept pets for Self Catering guests downstairs only.
